Christmas Adopt-a-Family
At a time of the year when we remember what God gave to us, we seek to share this love in a tangible way, giving gifts to children who may not receive any. Our Christmas Adopt-a-Family program pairs eligible families with those who are interested in blessing them. Registration and sponsorship begin in early October. A bit of time is needed to verify eligibility and then family information is sent to the sponsor who brings the gifts to the Carriage Town distribution site. Families come to pick up the gifts, taking them home to put under their Christmas tree to wait for Christmas morning. This is a special tradition for many of our donors - it could be a treasured experience for your family, co-workers, or friend group as well!
