Resident Support Coordinator
Position Summary
Position Summary: The Carriage Town Ministries (CTM) Resident Support Coordinator supports the Director of Operations through the implementation of necessary programmatic expectations and policies. The primary goal of the Resident Support Coordinator is to maintain order and effective ministry for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors. Treat residents with dignity and respect.
● Act as a liaison between residents and their mentors.
● Encourage residents to pursue their established goals and attend scheduled appointments.
● Coordinate additional support services to assist in meeting basic needs.
● Understand the Christian message and exemplify the love of God compassionately.
