In addition to providing emergency shelter for those in need of a place to stay, the "CTM Success Program" focuses on three areas:  Christian new birth and discipleship, academic and work skills education, and community service.  

Carriage Town clients are challenged to enter into a contract involving mentored Bible study, formal education, and community service projects.  These elements are designed to provide structure, hope, and bring clients face to face with Christ, laying a foundation from which to build personal responsibility and productivity.
